We schedule the visit and coordinate the details. Then a PRO documents the property room by room, using the same checklist as every other visit.

The report arrives organized room by room, with time-stamped photos and every observation in one table. Forward it to an owner as-is.

Three Questions. Every Visit.

Every visit is built to answer the same three questions for you.

  • Are residents doing what they’re supposed to do?
  • Are they doing anything they’re not supposed to do?
  • Is anything going wrong that hasn’t been reported?

PROS look for evidence, not just the thing itself: moisture under a sink, a missing doorstop, a dead alarm. Smoke alarms get sprayed, not tapped.

No. OnSight PROS reports document a property’s condition on the report date. They’re produced by trained field technicians and are not an inspection by a licensed inspector.

No. PROS record what they observe and what residents state, labeled as such. They don’t diagnose, negotiate, or tell residents what you’ll do. We document what’s there. You decide what it means.

No. Reports never include photos of people or personal belongings, and drawers stay shut unless there’s a property reason to open them.

With canned smoke, not the test button. Each alarm is recorded as pass or fail and photographed front and back, along with its manufacture date. Every room is checked for placement, so a missing alarm gets noted too.

If you use zInspector, OnSight PROS reports can sync to your zInspector Dashboard and on to your PM software. The integration is in beta. Ask zInspector support to turn it on. It applies to new reports, not past ones.
